Biography Rolf T. Hallauer
Rolf Tiberio Hallauer, *1958, started his research activity in 1980. He thus has over 40 years of experience in genealogy and family tree research. In addition to researching his own family history, Rolf works with and without commission on numerous families and their history. He pays special attention to the frequent emigrations from Switzerland. So far he supported genealogy trips to Switzerland in connection with the research of emigrants named Würgler, Wiesner (Wisener), Kübler (Kubler), Rhein, Hallauer. Geographically, he is particularly focused on emigrants from Switzerland and German-speaking Switzerland. Hallauer is chairman of the Genealogical-Heraldical Society of the Regio Basel (GHGRB) since 2010. He is editor of the journal Regio-Familienforscher (RFF) and course instructor in genealogy, research inventory and old German current script. By profession, he is a federal investigator and previously a forensic scientist. He will be happy to organize your personal genealogy trip to Switzerland.
